Now that all the renovation work is behind us not to mention the massive cleaning operation, we are ready to kick off the new Season. But first a celebratory get together with all of the Hauser staff at the Zanolari winery.
Whilst this was all about thanking everyone for their efforts it was also a great way of getting everyone on board with the wines Hauser’s serve, the wines that are used to make the Roo Bar’s unique Mulled Wine, seen here in their oak barrels…
This also explains the visit to the butchers, Macelleria Scallino in the Puschlav, where all the staff got to sample the local meats which guests will be ordering.
Thousands of coffee and cappuccino cups have been replaced, all the cutlery counted – quite literally – and all the Hauser team have been de-briefed – so now we are poised and ready to get Winter 2013/14 underway!
