Now that everyone is out skiing and snowboarding their hearts’ out, I feel it is apt to turn our attention back to yet another great passion here – food. Well, ok, food and drink!

From teas to jams, liqueurs to local meats, it has been hard work going through it all, but somebody had to do it!
Anyway, we are currently running daily lunch and dinner Etichetta menus to showcase our handpicked Etichetta selections so do pop in to check this out.
Also if you are in a creative mood we are currently making all things ‘Christmas’, from decorating our Ginger Bread chalets to making rich chocolate Santa’s. Anyone is welcome to come in and make their own personalised Santa Claus… if that’s not enough to drag you off the mountain early, I don’t know what is!!
