Chocolate architecture

Taking chocolate to new heights is what Romina, the Hauser’s apprentice, achieved recently when she won a silver medal for her breath-taking version of one of Switzerland’s most famous bridges, complete with train.

Romina, who is a third year apprentice, entered Fiutscher which is an expo for professional pastry and chocolate chefs. Her inspiration to create a very complex chocolate version of the Bernina Pass took her days to perfect but as we can see, was well worth it!

Key question now is who is going to get to sink their teeth into this chocolate architectural feat?
