… is how it was recently coined – Skijoring may not be very well known – but once experienced it is unforgettable! Following on from our latest White Turf, CNN interviewed Franco Moro, our champion racer, and Scott Ping, the US skijoring champion – worth reading to give you a sense of this !
It looks like there may be a revival of this ancient sport which has its roots in the Swedish and Norwegian military and dates back to the early 1900s. The US in particular have always been very keen on this sport and we may start seeing more alliances developing in the future so watch this space!
